Every interaction, remembered and used

Build a RAG pipeline or a full agent that holds the entire history of an account — calls, emails, objections, timing — and plans the next touch on what actually happened.

The problem

The CRM has the record. Nobody has the context.

The CRM says the call happened. It doesn't say the CFO pushed back on the migration timeline, that they'd been burned by a similar vendor in 2023, or that the champion mentioned a board review in Q3.

That context lives in a rep's memory and a scattering of call notes. When the rep is on holiday, or leaves, or is running eleven other accounts, it's gone. The next outreach opens with something the buyer already answered — and the buyer notices.

What you build

Two ways in

Start with retrieval if you want reps answering their own questions faster, or go straight to an agent if you want the drafting and the follow-up handled. Both read the same account memory.

Personalised RAG

Retrieval over your accounts, calls, and emails, scoped per account. A rep asks what this buyer cares about and gets the actual objections in the buyer's actual words, not a summary that lost the specifics.

Full sales agent

An agent that drafts outreach, prepares call briefs, and flags when an account has gone quiet relative to its own pattern. Every draft is grounded in the account's history rather than a template with merge fields.

What gets remembered

Memory scoped to the account

All of it is written at account scope rather than to the rep who happened to be on the call. A rep leaving doesn't take it with them, and a rep joining doesn't start blind.

Every interaction

Calls, emails, meetings, and demo sessions written to the account's scope as they happen. Not summarised down until the specifics are gone.

Objections and their resolution

What they pushed back on, what answer moved them, and what stayed unresolved. Retrievable months later when it comes up again.

Timing and constraints

Budget cycles, board reviews, contract end dates. The reasons a deal moves or stalls, kept where the next conversation can use them.

Precision on the next step

The agent plans the next touch from the account's own history — what worked, what didn't, and how long since the last meaningful signal.

Why memory matters here

Personalisation that isn't a merge field

Most sales AI personalises on firmographics: industry, headcount, job title. That produces outreach that's technically customised and obviously automated.

Memory-backed personalisation works from the specific thing the buyer said on 14 March. That's the difference between an email that gets a reply and one that gets filed.

FAQ

Does this replace our CRM?

No. It reads from the CRM through a connector and adds the layer the CRM was never designed to hold — unstructured context, retrievable by question.

How is account data kept separate?

Account scope is applied from the access token on every read. One account's context cannot surface in another's brief.

What about reps who leave?

Their account context stays in team memory. Handover becomes a query rather than a two-week shadowing exercise.
